As executor of my aunt's estate I was required to sell her home in Amherst County. Sue Harvey was recommended to me by a friend. She pursued this sale in a very professional manner and kept me informed all along the way. I would highly recommend this lady to anyone buying or selling in the Amherst/Lynchburg area.

Lynn Bowling had the nerve to tell me that the listing at 17 Tye River Rd, Gladstone, VA 24553 was listed properly, while the market value doesn't show it, at 7% interest rate and people not having cash, this old pos realtor for 1 listed the property on tye River, which it's not, false advertising. second she tells me it's properly listed hahahhaha. Lynn Bowling is the BEST!
I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. Our realtor Sue Harvey did not go over any information with us and expected us to know everything. When we asked her how we we’re supposed to go about it she stated that we should have known and was quite belittling. This is not our first time buying a home but this is the first time I’ve ever had such an encounter with a realtor. I would not recommend.
