We contacted Patti Lillard to sell our home but decided to not go with her due to being so outdated on the market and Reality. She had a number in her head to sell our house at and we told her absolutely not and the house was worth more. Moral to the story, she needs to retire and our advising people to sell their homes for a lot less because she wants a fast sale to make her money.
