I had a very negative experience with this therapist. She was very hostile at times. I requested a non Freudian approach at the first session and after 5 she actually yelled at me " of course your having panic attacks your mother abandoned you hello" i had not had a panic attack in years.... the process continued to degenerate, she asked the same exact questions each week that she supposedly took notes on.
