Navy is super nice and detailed
Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than their priority. Any concerns I brought up were ignored, and there was zero effort to make things right. The lack of accountability is honestly shocking—no apologies, no solutions, just attitude. I will definitely not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
My regular go to near home and I’m never disappointed. Jenny rocks your nails, while Hannah or Ruby rock the pedicures. Ruby will also slay those eyebrows. Go see them, you won’t regret it.
