Montage is a great place to live. Very nice people. Location is everything we have several ShopRite close as well as Acme across from each other. CVS Walgreens very close. We have the Marketplace For Clothes to us.!! But our location is is great. I came back to NJ from Florida two years ago and chose Montage at Hamilton for the beautiful, roomy apartments, the beautifully maintained grounds and its superb location in Hamilton Township and proximity to major highways. It was an excellent choice. The management and maintenance staffs are responsive to issues and concerns and organize community activities throughout the year. Residents are friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful senior residential community and I recommend it highly.
I love living at Montage! We have a beautiful spacious apartment with upgraded appliances. It is a very safe community with a lot of amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness room and walking path. I’ve been living at Montage for a few years and the management team has always been consistently super responsive to my requests. I lived in other apartments and condo communities in my adult life and, by far, they take care of the residents, the common areas and the grounds the best. With the recent snowstorms, they immediately cleaned the parking lots and sidewalks to get us out again and stay safe. Love it here!
My sister and I moved on 2022 (for the 2nd time). The apartment we have now is great as we have an office which came in handy when we worked from home. Management is good but the maintenance team is top notch! The best we've had anywhere else. Love that we don't have to go outside to drop garbage or recycling. Some buildings have covered parking. Neighbors are friendly and helpful especially in snowstorms.
