worst place i’ve ever lived. INFESTED with roaches and homeless people!!! dirty needles everywhere. Never got parking passes like we were promised so there’s never parking. The office has no idea what’s going on and i got stuck paying an extra months rent because i was 2 days late turning in my notice to vacate (still within 60 days but that apparently doesn’t count) Christine Palmer is rude and is awful at her job. I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. The location is wonderful, the grounds are well-kept, but the management is horrible. First, I gave been here since May and we only have one disabled parking spot. It took them 6 months to address the fact that people were parking in the spot who did not have permits. The parking area is small. We're supposed to only be allowed one vehicle per apartment unit but clearly this isn't being followed and additional parking has to be paid for across the street behind a church. Seco... read more

Living here has been a deeply disappointing experience. Trash is frequently left strewn around the property and often sits for days before it’s cleaned up, creating an eyesore and an unhygienic environment. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained—everything feels old, worn out, and borderline unsanitary. To make matters worse, there’s a pervasive musty smell that never really goes away, adding to the overall discomfort of living here.
