I had them come out in the spring for a mice problem at a rental property in a Fitchburg. My tenant literally said it was an overweight guy who couldn’t even climb into the attic to throw some baits down. Said “are you sure this will work, that guy wasn’t here long at all.” They told me the service doesn’t include any sealing of holes or anything (told me no one really does that) but they guarantee their work (cost $450). I have been using this service for decades. I have never been disappointed. I had them service two locations at one point in time when I owned a Summer home in Templeton. When they do a job it is well done and is not necessarily something that needs to be repeated on a monthly basis. They do not manufacture or project out the possibility of a problem in order to sell you something. They are not trying to sell you something that you don’t need.
