Watch out, if you voice any concern of neglect which is easily proven he will dismiss you from his care. I needed a refill of a stomach pill, I ran out while he was on vacation (which nobody was sent any info regarding his absence) and they said I'd have to wait for an appointment which wasn't for another TEN DAYS. I asked for a 'bridge' which is meant to get somebody through till the appointment. They told me no.
