i called just a few short hours before a pre funeral viewing. The Bloom Room was so courteous and happy to assist. They texted me samples of what plants they had with plenty of choices and prices to choose from. I took care of everything over the phone. The plant I ordered arrived a couple of hours even before the viewing. I would 100% recommend and use them again! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
