1. Nickel and dime you to death after lease is over for cleaning after it was cleaned better than when you move in. This company knows most students live outside the state and they NEVER give security deposit back and want you to owe them more after leaving. Love the community and a Great place to live. Like to take walks down to the corn field and play football in the field. Overall great place to live in Mont alto!
This is the best place I have lived! The views are spectacular, the manager goes far above and beyond anything I've ever experienced, and the peace and quiet makes the place serene and tranquil. This is a sanctuary! Thank you, Mont Alto Village.
