It's the old bait and switch with Monster. I put an ad on monster to hire one positions for my company. I had to create a draft to even see pricing. Once I saw the cost was $45 per day I knew I could not afford that and I left the website. Shortly after that a Monster rep called me (and called and called) and I told her I couldn't afford the price. She proceeded to tell me about the $299 per month plan.
