I have been waiting for more than four months for Monster to do a job they agreed to in February. At the time of the agreement Sean Gallagher told me he could complete the job the next week. I continue to get pushed out with no communication until I reach out several times. On May 24 they brought in two trucks, parked them on my lawn and left them for two weeks without doing any tree work. Excellent service, great communication, arrived on time, respected surrounding plantings, lawn and pool deck. This was a difficult tree to remove, it was very close to a new fence and hung over my neighbors yard - we had no issues. Monster tree exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
They quickly took down five very tall trees and cleaned up so well, you might never know they had been there. Great service.

Great experience with the guys from monster. Removed some big limbs, dead tree etc. outstanding cleanup after they finished, would never know I had work done! Highly recommended.
