I placed a service request on thumbtack and he responded same day! Text message was perfect for me to communicate and having patience as we decided on the job. He came out pretty quickly and gave a fair quote and was able to itemize service for us to prioritize the job. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is that the neighbor tree wasn't trimed down and it was priority for us. It's a pretty disappointing to look at. Sonny came out the same day I called him to look at the job and give me an estimate. He provided his opinion and several different priced options. I caught them at just the right time and they were able to start my job two days after the initial quote, although I’m sure this will vary depending on their current workload. Sonny responded super quick and came to give me a quote the same day. He came back the next day to do several tasks in my yard and house including bush removal, trimming trees, and removing stumps. Excellent work. Fair price. Super responsive. I will definitely call him again for my next project. Highly recommend
Very happy with service Monster Timber provided at our condo association. Sonny and his crew did a tremendous amount of work, cleaned up, and were very courteous. Would recommend. Thank you for getting rid of those old tree branches!
Sonny and his crew were excellent. He responded same day and followed through until the jobs were complete. I hired them to remove a large tree and trim several others. They completed the jobs within a couple days. Cleaned up everything and hauled all the brush off. Honest and sincere.
