At first we were extremely pleased with the price, the people, and the facility. Then there was a new manager, no one ever answers the office#, the gate is frequently left open and our two spaces have each increased 150% in just 14 months. Will be looking to go elsewhere.
Soon as I walked in the office it was a great experience. The help that I received was superb. Thank you for helping me get the space I needed.
Justed stopped by to check on the the status of the continued open gate. Was told that it continues to be a problem, well over 2 months. She said corporate is aware but has no fix scheduled (so much for a secured facility!!). Just wondering when they were so willing to charge me for their insurance until I showed a copy of my continuing policy, will they now cover any damage or vandalism for their neglegence? Just be aware if you rent or plan to.
