They sent me the wrong product, made me spend more than 1 hour and a half sending photos via email because the chat wasn't working, and continued to insist that it was the correct product, and after I told them several times that it wasn't the right product and send a photo showing the difference of the size, they finally apologized for the "CONFUSION" which was actually an MISTAKE, recurring as you can see in all these reviews. Very very unprofessional business and if you ever have your phone call answered by Hope or any other front desk clerks, good luck! They no longer stock the tire that I specifically ordered and paid for so they decide to send me out something totally different which will not work. Clever and ST tires are totally different and because of me, I had to educate them of why they're not the same. Terrible shipping. Terrible customer service. I paid the extra for fast shipping, since they don't tell you their location on the website, I didn't know I was less than fifty miles away from them. My package has been sitting at the FedEx distribution center for three days and won't be delivered for two more. I told them that I would no longer buy parts for the dozen plus minibikes I maintain from them if they weren't willing to refund the $17 shipping fee, they refused. I bought the predator 212cc in beginning of June, i didn't receive it till very end of july.. 56 days. I have started only 5 times. now it doesn't run what so ever!! I emailed customer service at monster scooter. they told me there's only a 30 day warranty!!! (56 days for delivery). I never owned the engine the 1st 30 days!!!! they then say sorry. but we will let you BUY a New one!!!! I got totally scammed!!

Ordered part June 23, they charged credit same day. Now 6 weeks later part is listed as "processing". I called them on July 27, spoke to Lisa, asked her to cancel order and refund money. She said she would and credit card would be refunded in 2-3 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They will not respond to email,

I purchased new batteries for my son's electric 4-wheeler. After less than two months, the batteries would not hold a charge anymore. I returned the batteries and received a refund that was $50.00 less than I paid. What a joke of a company and a complete rip-off.

I received an email that listed in item I was interested in at a sale price. Every time I try to click the link the price on the website was higher. I contacted the company and they said that the item was no longer on sale even though I received another email the same day that listed the same item for the exact same price. They said that I was the only person who received that email and I must’ve gotten it in error. They refused to honor the sale price I received that day. Horrible customer service. I think this company knows that they are just about the only company out there for certain parts. I ordered a part that was incorrectly labeled on their website and they refused to make anything right. I asked if they could at least just offer free shipping for the correct part, since I had to pay shipping to receive and return the incorrect part. The offered me a $1 off. Essentially, I would have to pay $24 in shipping in all for a $20 part. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility in me rec... read more
