I would write a fairly lengthy complaint about Monster Pools, but I think that the pictures below will speak for themselves. If you want a company who will warrantee their product, and stand behind their work, this is not the company for you.

This is very misleading. We stand behind everything we do. I met your husband there several times. Sent everyone back, we have proof that there are major soil issues in your neighborhood. I spoke with the superintendent for your subdivision, he so agreed that the area has massive soil issues. Also, I walked walked your husband through how to resolve the issues. This is a small business and a very friendly bunch. I personally like them. But I could never get them to respond to me at all. They never call me back when promised. I have an issue that they determined was beyond their skill set They just shut down communication. No advise, no referral, just said they wouldn't touch it. Instead of peaceful communication with some of their more knowledgeable people, they attack laying accusations, and that after they already disrespected me in front of my son.

We replied to you several times sit. Sorry if it was not the a swer you wanted. But we went to your property, did not charge you a standard $95 service call. We diagnosed your issue a d also told you it was not the type of repair we do. I'm not sure what else you expected from us. If you give us a poor rating based in this, I am mot sure what you would do had we actually done something wrong.
It started out great planning with the associate Mike. Once we met Andy to start the process for digging the actual pool is when it started to go south. Communication with Andy was very poor, had to consistently contact him to find out what was going on. After failing inspection twice then finally passing and my wife notifying Andy of this I later contacted him about the next steps. An absolutely amazing company! I went in and talked with Erin, she answered all of our questions and treated us like family. Thank you for providing us with first class customer service. Plus we loved the fact that they’re family owned. I will be referring this business to all of our family and friends.

I disagree with the above post. Ee all worked hard to help this individual with his poor pool maitenance. However, some people you just cant reach.
If you want a pool, get a Monster Pool. Great service both during and after installation. Couldn't be more happier with our huge pool and diving board.
