Very quick fix and great service. Steve will take great care of any customer and their issue. Only place you should take you phone in the area
Be careful with the manager of this Monster office. He will try to trick you by telling you they have erased all your phone contacts, e-mail, and other important materials on your phone. If you are going in to get malware taken out of your phone, be sure that you clarify that you do not want them to remove any files or e-mails. Tell them to keep the phone intact. Brand new Xfinity phone locked up while pairing with the old phone. I was recommended to use Monster. Drove straight to their business. They had the phone unlocked and wiped my info in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied with Monster.
