I was ready to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price, but the dealership added over $2,000 in unwanted extras — including LoJack and fabric/paint protection — that I never requested and was not allowed to remove. Even as a cash buyer, they refused to honor the true price unless I paid for these preinstalled items. Wanted to buy the Ford Excursion they had, ran my credit got approved. Everything was going good with communication up till 3:30. That’s when everything went to HELL. Salesman didn’t have any issues texting me and then I missed the 3:30 phone call. Texted him back 5 minutes later telling him to call me back and I also called.
