I truly applaud Mike for all he does!! I would recommend for any mortgage or current property refinance plan. We had a very difficult situation dealing with a divorce and allocating the properties over a three year period. Monster Mike Mortgage is the BEST of the BEST! I purchased my first home and needed so much guidance and Mike was absolutely incredible every step of the way. My loan situation was very complicated by current and previous events. We finally found a lender we could close with. I called multiple mortgage brokers and lenders, who all told me based on my self-employment status and income situation, that I would not qualify for an FHA loan. I was referred to Mike and the rest is history. He listened to my situation, gathered all the info and had a pre approval letter for me within a few days. Not only that, but he locked in a rate for me that was 2% lower than the national average and what all other brokers had quoted me before.
