The cheapest company to deal with I was number one in my company to sell monster products I was selling it with passion but since I won a trip to San Francisco like I did last year and monster decided that I cant bring my wife with me even if I pay for her own ticket that was extreme . 10 years of selling monster and that's what I get from them will guess what if that's the way you treat you number one sales person in a big company let's see what king of passion will be from now on .

I have sent 5 emails to their customer service sucks, bought headphones through them since they started and never had a problem and bought the 24k headphones and now they are shocking me which isn't a very nice thing. 300$ headphones and no reply back and it looks like it's going to be beats for me here on out!

Had N-tunes for 2 years worked well during then snapped at one of the N-tune symbols on the inner band. For no reason I might add. Will not be purchasing again unless I hear about quality increase.

Would also give 0 start if I could. My son got N-tunes over the summer. The band is broken just from normal use. Called customer service and there was nothing they could do, since it was outside of 90 days! Terrible construction! Their claim of product durability on the packaging is false advertisement!. The warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on.
