We had to hire an attorney in order to get our money they owed us. They signed a contract and then tried to change the amount of money due to us. If you are signing a contract with this company be sure it is at an elementary level of reading. ie. in our contract it states Shipping and set-up are not included in proposed amount and will be billed separately. We had a great experience with MCI, they were quick and very helpful in the whole process. They were friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. We got our windows done right before Hurricane Dorian and the safety of our home and family was well worth it! Thank you

I interviewed 3 companies for door installation. This company explained fully the different options in quality, procedure and pricing. The prices were not the cheapest nor the highest, but fair and acceptable. All my questions and concerns were addressed. They came on time, cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. My next job for this fine company will be installation of impact windows and doors. Impact saves money on electric bills, they are great for noise reduction and security.
