The booking process was easy, I had to reschedule and that was easy. I had several questions that were patiently and cheerfully answered on the phone, text updates - you name it they did it. Great communication and my previously VERY old and dirty carpet looks so much better! I would recommend to anyone to give them a call or schedule online.
I have tried many carpet cleaning companies in Virginia Beach andMonster Clean is by far the best! I have 3 dogs and a yard that is a mud pit. So needless to say my carpet can get pretty dirty and smelly. Monster Clean has equipment with a roller brush on it that actually scrubs the carpet, unlike other companies that just spray a solution and suck it up. Even the stairs and high traffic areas look new again. And the deodorizer has my house smelling fresh for the holidays.
