Best car buying experience I've ever had. I want to make it clear that Gabby Ponce was very professional and went out of her way to help search for what was right for not only me, but for my family as well. Was in and out in less than 2 hours knocked out the paperwork and wham bam thank you maam all set and was out of there. I typically don't write reviews unless I feel the need to let folks know .... It's usually one extreme or the other but most definitely recommend ask for Mrs. Ponce she will help you as much as she can. ... read more
The team at Monster Auto is unsophisticated, rude and sleezy — they will pressure you into giving them a down payment and then later come back and tell you that the bank didn’t approve your loan and not offer your down payment back. They clearly don’t know how to run a business. I would recommend patrons buy from a reputable business.

Mrs. Melendez Iam sorry we couldn't get you approved. The reason the bank gave us and was also confirmed by yourself is that you altered your bank statements. You called our office threatening our staff that you are an attorney and all. That is way they couldn't talk to you no more. But you should know that falsifying documentation is illegal. Like you said you are an attorney. Here is the proof that we had nothing to do with your deal getting rejected. It was your fault.

La peor opción para ir a comprar carro usado� en este tipo de negocios es muy usual tener problemas con el vehículo por lo mismo que ya es usado pero aquí en El Paso si ahí lugares en donde los carros son buenos aún estando usado pero definitivamente ESTE NEGOCIO NO ES NADA BUENO les recomiendo que busque un lugar más confiable porque este negocio no tiene NADA de confiable
