Friendly but did not bring ladder tall enough to access roof top unit. When making appt I explained it was a two story townhome. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. Also something seems odd, on my thermostat their name and phone number is listed but they have no record of installing or servicing the unit.

Have used Monster Air twice this summer (different issues). Brandi squeezed me in and scheduled me both times for the next day. The two techs (Trish and Dwight) were very friendly and professional and got my AC back up and running within about 15 minutes. The cost each time was very reasonable. Happy customer here!

Sadly Google gave me no choice but to give a star but these guys are not Superstars at all! They came to my home and took the part they installed off of our AC unit claiming that they were not paid. We only rent the home so we had nothing to do with any of that my husband just had a heart attack and is at home recovering. These guys had the audacity to come onto our roof without our permission and take the part off of the stating that they didn't get paid for a recent repair.
