I do not even know where to start. Our house is approximately 6 years old. And within 6 years we have had: our basement leak twice, 4 windows leak, drywall tape in our bonus room mess up too many times to count, the roof has leaked, our expensive hard wood floor boards pop up, our electric goes on and off, and now the bonus room is leaking on the floor.
