My experience with Monsoon is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any computer company. I’ve run an online business for almost 10 years and worked with a lot of computer technicians. RecommendedI have used Monsoon PC a few times now, service provided has always been excellent. I recently brought in my sister-in-laws laptop that had some strange things going on and Monsoon PC identified the issue and I had the machine the next day. Great people and service, highly recommend, I believe in buy local and we should "service" local too.
