To sum it up, I would say, trust the process. I asked him that I wanted to keep most of the length, and add some layers. He did a outstanding job! My favorite salon by far <3

Very relaxing and got the exact style I wanted, hair looks so much better than before, very receptive to requests and amazing experience overall from hair washing to cutting and drying
The worst haircut ever in my life. I walked in and ask for the availability and price for women haircut without a hairwash. The receptionist confirmed $50 initially and said the hair cut took about 30-40mins. I waited for 10mins. Someone called himself Chris Yu the director. I let him see the picture of layer short hair cut I wanted and also explained the length. He ended up cut them flat straight without any proper layers.
