The salon staff was horribly rude when I called to book an appointment. When I asked about specialty colors Lizz scoffed as if I was wasting her time. She was not willing to work with my schedule and told me to go elsewhere. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, where your time and satisfaction are truly valued.

I booked an appointment at Monsoon Beauty with high expectations. The experience fell short. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no update. Staff avoided eye contact and offered no apology. The service felt rushed. My technician skipped basic steps and ignored my preferences. The results looked uneven and messy.
