DO NOT TRUST THEM Before moving into one of their rental properties, I was told that they would not ever raise the rent. ONE YEAR after move in (as soon as the lease expires) the rent was raised $100/mo. This was already for a high rent compared to similar houses in the area. Caution and AVOID at all costs. There are plenty of other rentals that are much nicer, more affordable, and aren't owned by liars.
