Dr. Oster has been caring for my dogs for over 20 years. She and her staff are wonderful. They care for not only the pet, but the family, especially at times of loss.They are gentle and caring, putting both the pet and pet parent at ease. Dr. Oster has helped me through some difficult medical situations and decisions. NEVER EVER USE THEM, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR TESTS THEY DONT EVEN RUN, MY DOGS HAD LYMPHOMA SINCE DECEMBER AND JANA OSTER MISSED IT, TO THEN TELL ME MY DOGS FULL OF CANCER. THEY NEED TO GIVE PEOPLE REFUNDS AND STOP DOING SHOTTY VET WORK.
Dr. Oster and Dr. Mansfield are both excellent. my pets get excellent care every time they go in for a check up or any problem they have. thanks for always caring for my babies!
Dr. Oster and her staff are absolutely amazing! They are very knowledgeable and call & follow up several times. They are so caring for our english bulldog. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Jana Oster is rude and abrasive!! Treated her vet tech and myself in a very rude arrogant manner and had a itemized list of expenses already printed out before even entering the room or doing a exam on my pet! Left very angry at the vet and will not return until she is gone! Beware of this Vet!!!! She will rack up your bill by doing unnecessary testing and you will pay $500- $600 a visit and leave with no diagnosis or remedy!
The last time I took my dog Max to the groomers, they said he was not well behaved and would need to be sedated. I just had his nails clipped at Monroeville Pet Hospital and they said all they had to do was hold his face and talk to him. He was perfectly calm for them after that. I am so grateful for their gentle and creative care for my pet. �
Just wanted to thank everyone for their caring and help treating Reco. The staff especially Michele are great. My Reco is still with me at 13 1/2
