RecommendedI stopped in early this morning because my daughter’s car was having what I thought was battery issues. By 10am, her car had a new alternator, fully charged battery, 2 year inspection sticker, and future service recommendations in all under 2 hours! I even asked about installing Bluetooth capability on her car (a 2006 Mitsubishi) and all my questions were answered before I left. Hola muy buenas tardes disculpe que voy a decir pero la verdad no lo recomiendo porque eh venido 3 veces al taller me dicen que está listo y a 3 minutos del taller me quedo tirada y una sacadera de dinero como si me encontrará a la vuelta de la esquina el dinero cuesta ganarlo con el sudor primero me cobraron $ 99 luego $268 Y piensan cobrar más es una mierda eso mecanico

Nope would never use them again Put my SUV in his shop quoted me 1200.00 and ready in 10 days Kept SUV for 30 working days bill was 1950.00 plus tax and shop fees SUV never ran good again

Fixed my husbands Cadillac when other shops around town wouldn’t. Very nice people!! The dealer kept sending them the wrong parts and they handled it and constantly kept up updated!!!
My steering column locked up and would not budge. I had my car towed to Monroe’s late in the day. Early the next afternoon they called to let me know what needed to be done and a kit would need to be ordered but the work would be completed by end of day Tuesday. And they didn’t lie. The work was completed on time and the cost wasn’t outrageous.
why go to Monroes when you can go to Ashley's?! they'll fix your problem the FIRST try & get it RIGHT! Monroes has really bad service & they don't care about their customers. & from the looks of it they lack in their knowledge with cars considering it took them 3 tries to tell me what was wrong with mine & STILL couldn't figure out what took Ashley's less than a day to come across. saved me a lot of money going to Ashley's. if you're thinking about going to Monroes, rethink. Ashley's is only a few stores down. �
