I was told I would recieve a picture of when the arrangement was delivered. I don't even know what it looks like. I never got a picture and the text message I sent was never returned. I could not even get a verification from the funeral home the flowers were received. I will never use this flower shop again.
What a lovely arrangement Monroe's whipped up for us at the very last minute. It is so beautiful and it lasted beyond what we expected. But that's why Monroe's is the greatest thanks!!

Horrible very disrespectful said he won't credit me nor would he make sure the receiver gets flowers said that it's on me when I gave him all the info..... horrible way to handle customers.. CALLED HEROMANS ON GOVERNMENT VERY POILTE AND UPSCALE PLACE I RECOMMEND BILLYS HEROMANS FLORAL FOR EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED DAY
