1/5 stars This is their third time to fix a problem they made. Just found a piece THEY BROKE and tried to hide it. This is unacceptable especially on a Law Enforcement personal car. 1.) They called us that it was done. We drove 35 min to get it and it was the wrong car. 2.) The window wasn't tinted back and they scratched another window. Had to get that fixed. 3.) I dropped my car off the 23rd of December & it was ready by the 6th of January! Wasn’t expecting such fast service during the holidays, they kept me updated during the whole insurance process & even called enterprise to have me picked up after I dropped off my car. They even cleaned my car before I got it back, highly recommend because their Jackson office is so professional & really great at what they do.

I rarely post a review on social media,but I wanted to give Monroe’s Collision 5 Stars. I would give them 10 stars if it were permitted. My family has used Monroe’s several times and every single time the experience was fantastic. The entire staff and crew is committed to giving the best possible customer service. The shop is always clean and neat. Monroe’s go out of their way to expedite your repair all while making sure the repair is totally to your satisfaction.
