My dog was spayed at this clinic. She experienced heart complications during surgery. I reached out for a second and third opinion elsewhere... turns out, they opened her up too soon! Wasn't under anesthesia long enough! Highly DO NOT recommend.
After a recent visit, my dog had continued pain from an injury. He just wasn’t himself...you could tell he was in pain. After calling, I was told that the vet would had seen him was out and the other vet told us to give the antibiotics 2 more days before they’d prescribe more pain medication. After looking back, it’s disappointing that this happened. We weren’t new clients. During the initial visit, it was very apparent he was in pain. Was this a case of incomplete documentation? We had to put down our precious Zoey and everyone, I mean everyone was so patient and kind. You all made this terrible day easier with you compassion and dedication not only to our baby but to us as well❤.
