Dr Singh is an amazing . However, The staff up front need training. I waited in the parking lot for an hour & called after 50 minutes to ask how far backed up are they? Oh your next, waited another 25 minutes then was told the Dr had to leave at Noon, this was 1220pm. Well I don't know about other pet owners, but before my dogs have an appointment they get a bath & groomed, we collect a fecal sample & sometimes wait a week to even get an appointment. Staff is exceptionally rude! Ginger was obviously bothered to wait while I checked my calendar to see if the date and time she offered would work for us. I asked to speak with the office manager because this isn't the first time someone has been unprofessional there, and she said they don't have one. MISDIAGNOSED! my poor little pitbull. The meds prescribed to my dog only hurt his poor little tummy. There was only a guessing game of what went on, and the main vet (indian guy) was rude and got impatient on any questions I had. He sure was quick to recommend the most expensive procedures but couldn't offer an once of an actual diagnosis. Don't bring your your fur baby here.
Rude. Don't waste your time. Ill save you the money and disipointment...go somewhere else. You have been warned.
I rescued my fur baby almost 10 years ago and Monroe Vet has been the only place I've taken him to....they have always been so good with my baby!!! Never any issues getting him in if needed ....Dr.Pella has been great!
Love Dr. Singh and Dr. PELIA. They truly care and actually saved my pets life one evening when he had a stone lodged in his urethra. Got him on the operating table at closing time that day without hesitation and saved my little guy. We will never go anywhere else.
