Very disappointed in the service received by the salesman Derek Donahue. The product is great, the service department was great, but the lack of communication, the complete lack of professionalism and his aggressive attitude when confronted with everything was enough for us to make the decision to never do business with Monroe again.
Not sure what this place has going on, but tried calling on the morning of 1/5 to order $10k in parts. No one would pick up the phone. I tried about 6 more times throughout the morning.Then I finally talked the the operator lady I asked if anyone was in to order parts. She said yes let me transfer you over, couple rings later and went to voice-mail. I left one to call me back. End of day came and no one called back so I ordered from somewhere else.
If you're a small guy buying a boss plow there forget it customer service sucks. Go to Fox Valley truck, Dan will take care of you like customer service should be.
