I had a phone call with a receptionist Robyn and she was very rude and not helping in any way and making it very difficult to talk too.
Called on a Wednesday and was told a tech would be out on Friday to take a look at some leaking hydraulics on a backhoe. No call no show... I get it things get busy. Said they would have someone out Monday. Again no call no show. Is this how your service business is normally ran?
Just bought an excavator here. John the manager was really helpful not only did he load it up onto the trailer he took the time to show me how to chain it down with the binders. Great guys. Definitely recommend.
I had them do a repair on my case 590 super N extendahoe.a couple years ago when they put back together their is a safety pin that holds the steel tube in place.it was put on upside down.in open position, a little hard digging and the line came out and twisted and blew apart, I haven't used the extenahoe part of backhoe,I maining use it for pushing snowing the winter time,I went to Monroe tractor,to get new line,but they gave me wrong line ,and I told them it wasn't the right one ,I said there is a machine out in your yard t... read more
