Called for assistance after a fall. The two young men who arrived were wonderful. We appreciate them responding so quickly and we were treated with respect . We cannot thank them enough for their positive manner and supportive words!!
They shamed my mother because she had called them a second time to take her to the hospital. They made her feel embarrassed and shame. The ER doctor sent my mother home the first time. The second time they kept her due to her primary doctor's insistence. The woman/girl looked like she was going to a disco with her 70s hair and makeup and the male looked like he just rolled out of bed after a night of partying. They were extremely rude and impatient with my mother.
