This place is a dump. My bf has lived here for 4 years: his townhome is outdated, the vents are atrociously dirty and need to be replaced, cheap blinds that break easily with animals or children, upstairs bedroom is uncomfortably hot as the air barely comes out of the vent, the vent is missing in the bathroom, there’s a huge hole (since January) in the bathroom ceiling due to the roof leaking which took them 4 times to “fix” the leak, but they never came back to finish the job. place is a joke ran by thiefs
New manager is awful. Way too much for what they offer. 885 is ridiculous! Maintenance is severely lacking, parking lot always a mess, pool never clean, cops on a weekly basis. Look elsewhere
I love living here! The staff is very nice! The pool is amazing and it’s very close to 75, shopping and entertainment!
