Monroe Street Apartments, provides more than just “housing”. It has become a home and the community I never knew I was searching for. The resident's all look out for and care for each other. The property manager Taylor is amazing and she truly cares about her tenants. She plans fun activities for the children in the building and is there to provide scratches and treats for all the buildings pups. If you’re looking for a family friendly environment that will provide you with a small town feel, you’ve found your next home.
I love my apartment. Been here 8yrs. Met some great people. Family and kid friendly.
My parents have lived here for several years and have always been treated great by the staff and other tenants. Very accommodating when I come out to visit from out of state and need a parking spot. Friendly neighbors. It's right off the river in town so the back yard has a nice peaceful view. Grocery store and gas stations within walking distance. Highly recommend!
Think twice and be careful before signing a lease here. It will never be a place you can call home because they like to cycle through tenants like a hotel.
I have been living here over 5 years and Taylor the property manager is very responsive and friendly, Great place to raise your children and build a family!
