According to staff, an email was sent to all patients that they were no longer in-network for insurance companies. When I was in for teeth cleaning in April, I was shown my out-of-pocket expenses for teeth cleaning as $158. About a month ago, I received another bill for an additional $80 as I was out-of-network for my new insurance.
