I don't recommend the apartments for multiple reasons. The main reason being is that they have a serious mold problem that needs to be handled by professionals. You can't just spray bleach on it and expect it to be fixed when it's inside the walls and in the carpet! This pertains to the entire complex, not just my unit. The list goes on but I am honestly tired of explaining all of the issues since I have already told all the managers that have passed through in my 4 years here.
I have to say I disagree with the comment below about having stuff fixed around here. Yes I understand if the washer was just messed up but replacing it might not be the manager fault. I can say I've been here a little over a year and the management that we have now is amazing compared to the prior management. He goes above and beyond to make sure he can help anyway possible.
