My caseworker was a lovely woman whom I liked very much but was utterly burned out & unable to accommodate most of my requests.
Maureen goes above and beyond. She is an awesome person with a huge heart. The world is a much better place with her in it. I’m thankful and grateful for such an awesome person. Thank you Maureen for being a light in a world of darkness.
Theresa is always there to help me with any questions I have, swiftly coming over to help me fill out forms for HEAP and Medicaid. I have nothing negative to report. She always leave me feeling cared about and for.
