Disappointing experience for my daughter’s wedding – Unprofessional service and poor communication I recently held my daughter’s wedding at Monroe Pearson, and unfortunately, the experience was far below what we paid for and expected for such an important day. Uncomfortable Temperature: The venue was freezing throughout the evening. When we asked the staff to adjust the AC, they refused, claiming that the room would warm up once guests started dancing and that it would take too long to cool back down. Had the pleasure of working with Melissa the day of coordinator at the beautiful Monroe Pearson and she always delivers an impeccable experience. Melissa has a keen eye organizing wedding events and is very personal relating to clients. Upon my arrival, Melissa introduced herself and provide all the details as the day unfolded. We used Monroe Pearson for our wedding in Sept 2025. The packages can be expensive and add up (expect you’ll want add ons after you pick a base package) and the photography provided was decent - not exactly what we were hoping for. However, our coordinator Mariah was stellar.
