This place sucks to live, constant noise, always an issue with the building (i have had my water cutoff multiple times with no explanation), issue with roaches and bugs, very few maintenance staff, ive had a clicking sound in my walls for the last month. This place sucks
Monroe Park Towers has been a pleasant surprise. The new management has made a big difference—staff are friendly and helpful, and the pricing is great, especially with utilities included. The location is a huge plus, just a 5-minute walk to VCU. Amenities like garage parking, a community room, and a theatre room add a lot of value, and the city views are fantastic. The balconies are definitely a favorite feature. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient spot for city living.
I am so truly thankful, grateful to live at Monroe Park Towers! It is my home. I have lived here for 5 years. Has it all been wonderful? I have had my times when it was stressful BUT it wasn’t the Management’s fault. The location is prime. I love having the ability to walk out of the building and be able to access stores, eating establishments, etc. The ability to go to the Park, to catch a Bus to anywhere or to just walk.
