I have been trying to get a lease Cosigned since May. I have called upwards of five times and sent several text messages and have visited the office. I have yet to actually get a hold of anybody.
Reminds me of the old city jail in more ways than one.
This place sucks to live, constant noise, always an issue with the building (i have had my water cutoff multiple times with no explanation), issue with roaches and bugs, very few maintenance staff, ive had a clicking sound in my walls for the last month. This place sucks
Monroe Park Towers has been a pleasant surprise. The new management has made a big difference—staff are friendly and helpful, and the pricing is great, especially with utilities included. The location is a huge plus, just a 5-minute walk to VCU. Amenities like garage parking, a community room, and a theatre room add a lot of value, and the city views are fantastic. The balconies are definitely a favorite feature. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient spot for city living.
