Monroe Park Towers has been a pleasant surprise. The new management has made a big difference—staff are friendly and helpful, and the pricing is great, especially with utilities included. The location is a huge plus, just a 5-minute walk to VCU. Amenities like garage parking, a community room, and a theatre room add a lot of value, and the city views are fantastic. The balconies are definitely a favorite feature. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient spot for city living.
I am so truly thankful, grateful to live at Monroe Park Towers! It is my home. I have lived here for 5 years. Has it all been wonderful? I have had my times when it was stressful BUT it wasn’t the Management’s fault. The location is prime. I love having the ability to walk out of the building and be able to access stores, eating establishments, etc. The ability to go to the Park, to catch a Bus to anywhere or to just walk. Super not Satisfied. From the beginning I wasn’t able to receive my move in date due to carpet removal and new carpet which is cool. However when I finally moved in the apartment didn’t seem in bad condition come to find a couple things definitely need to be replaced fully. This is crazy they ask for so much money down front, but repairs still need to be done. I reached out to a fellow maintenance person on site and he said maintenance is not required or can’t help with what I need done to my apartment. I’ve turned in my ren... read more
