I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at once last Monday, an I had a very good experience. They were very nice, an understanding that I was very nervous.

This place is SO terrible. Went yesterday for a wisdom tooth extraction and I would have rather kept them in for the rest of my life than give this place any of my business. Dr. Poore is the most unprofessional person in the healthcare practice with absolutely no compassion for his patients. I wasn't even completely under the anesthesia during the procedure because he misplaced the IV. Absolutely terrible clinic.. save your time, money and dignity.
Very unprofessional. My daughter was there today and he attempted to pull 4 wisdom teeth. Only he never gave her enough anesthia. When I called and spoke to Donna (the nurse) she said Dr Poore used a "cocktail" but she was unable to tell me what it was. She was awake the entire time and he was yelling at her to go to sleep and stop fighting it. He ended up pulling only 2 teeth and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING
Would recommend them to any one very little swelling and pain after I had all 4 of my wisdom pulled 2 were impacted no infection after words and healed up very well! My only suggestion would be to any one getting wisdom or any tooth removal is to do some research on dry socket I didn't really have a full understanding of what that was glad I didn't get that and glad that I had a good oral surgeon!
This place is completely unprofessional! I do not recommend them at all! I went for a consult in Nov for a Wisdom tooth removal. They wanted $100 upfront for a PAN when they knew the ins covers 1 per year. They never called to say "oh your ins covered the PAN we can reimburse you or put it towards a balance on the surgery nothing. I received my EOB that it was covered and I had to call numerous times about this and I just got my refund today to be exact.
