We needed a structural engineer for our house remodel. I called Monroe & Newell, the professional, respectful and kind treatment was more that I expected. Craig came out examining our home and the remodel. He is quite easy to work with. In less than a week we had all that the county needed to issue a permit . This was the most professional company we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Monroe and Newell.

This business, is the bomb, it has tons of friendly staff, and they designed the structure for Arrabelle in Vail. and it is one of the nicest looking buildings in Colorado.

This company reviewed some setteling cracks in a home I purchased to ensure there was no structural damage in 2009 & again in 2015. When I went to sell the home I contacted them to have a follow up assessment done and I called and left 2 voicemails. I finally recieved a call from Craig Carrol who rudely told me that since I was impatient as to call twice they were refusing service and instructed me to find somebody else.
