Never go here. Talk about a nightmare, I transferred to Monroe from shiawassee community health, and I thought they were bad enough...I lost my insurance in May, and have a current Disability case going also. My attorney has tried getting a hold of them, because Monroe has my medical record. I finally got a way in there and signed the paper to have them release my medical record for me to give to my attorney, and they gave me the run around. Absolutly the worst doctors office EVER!!!!! Do not answer the phones. I was diagnosed by them with a condition that needs a perscription. I was out of refils and tried to conact the office before i was out of the medication. After calling every day for almost four weeks (either they would not answer and their machine was full, or they would answer and then hang up on me) I was finally able to speak with somebody. This is by far the worst Docter's office I have ever known to actually exist! They don't answer the phone. They have a regular answering machine to take messages that gets filled up quickly so then you can't leave a message. They don't return phonce calls if you are lucky enough to leave a message. The office manager will see patients if the docter is out. This woman has no medical degree. When you have an appointment, plan on being there for a couple hours. They don't seem to have enough staff to handle the patients. My 1st... read more
