Extremely predatory worst scam not actual ambulance service ever the cops called them over to me at the mall as i was jumped by thugs the ambulance people get there and I immediately refuse all service they send me a bill for 500$ for what they say they dud diagnostics blood pressure they weren't even there for 10 minutes who could afford that my insurance said that's ridiculous and is even refusing that and told me not to pay that and to go to court I've asked someone to call me and talk about this for a few months now and ... read more
On Sunday Feb 23rd I fell and broke my knee . Monroe came to Strong West to transport me to Strong hospital . My two guys were the best of the best ! Courteous, friendly , concerned and funny ! Took all my joking in the spirit it was given , by a very nervous lady who couldn’t believe that this was happening! My husband at that time was in Strong in ICU ! I Was frantic . But these guys made it FUN ! They took care of all my needs ! Even at Strong ! Thank you so much for them !
They are wonderful. No complaints. Helped both me and mom (Alzheimer’s). Never rude, always calm, I don’t know what we would do without them.
Horrible and predatory they sent me to absolute credit llc when they're a medical service over service they never gave me lied on there report saying they took blood pressure and want 500$ for taking my blood presssure
Horrible. PREDATORY. Rude. With so much emphasis on predatory. What less could you want from medical professionals? This company participates in balance billing - apparently the only surprise medical bill legal is for ground transportation ambulatory services.
