Since moving into my unit in June, I’ve been disappointed in my experience and the lack of care from Monroe Property Management and Fulton Grace Realty. I moved in 3 weeks later than my move in date given my own schedule and when picking up my keys at the Fulton Grace office, I asked if there was a move in or welcome package since most rentals provide this. An absolute headache dealing with management while trying to move out. I’ve expressed numerous times how uncomfortable it is when they enter my apartment without my consent or knowledge, yet they continue to do so. There complete lack of disregard as one of their residents who have literally never bothered them and always paid rent early is crazy. Incompetent crooks. Horrible at communication. Never rent with a company as your landlords. Get out of our neighborhoods!
